# VISÃO GERENCIAL

A **Visão gerencial** reúne recursos adicionais destinados ao acompanhamento da operação no AssertChat.

Dependendo das permissões concedidas, o usuário poderá visualizar conversas de outros atendentes, acompanhar diferentes departamentos e supervisionar comunicações realizadas no Chat interno.

Os recursos gerenciais são disponibilizados conforme o nível de acesso de cada usuário. Por isso, as informações apresentadas podem variar entre gestores.

Entre os principais recursos adicionais, estão:

* visão ampliada das conversas do WhatsApp;
* acesso aos atendimentos de outros usuários;
* visualização de diferentes departamentos;
* supervisão das conversas realizadas no Chat interno.

> Possuir acesso gerencial não significa necessariamente visualizar toda a empresa. O alcance da supervisão depende dos departamentos e recursos liberados para o usuário.
