# PRIMEIROS PASSOS

## Acesso à plataforma

Para acessar o AssertChat, utilize o endereço fornecido pelo administrador da sua empresa.

Na tela de login, preencha os seguintes campos:

* **Empresa:** informe o nome ou identificador da empresa cadastrada no AssertChat.
* **E-mail:** digite o e-mail vinculado ao seu usuário.
* **Senha:** informe a senha cadastrada para acesso à plataforma.

Após preencher os dados, clique em **Entrar**.

Caso queira conferir a senha digitada, ative a opção **Exibir senha** antes de entrar.

> **Importante:** utilize sempre os dados de acesso fornecidos pelo administrador da sua empresa. Cada usuário deve acessar a plataforma com suas próprias credenciais.

#### Caso não consiga acessar

Confira se:

* o nome da empresa foi preenchido corretamente;
* o e-mail informado está vinculado ao AssertChat;
* a senha foi digitada corretamente;
* não existem espaços antes ou depois das informações.
