# Transferir/Encerrar
### Transferir conversas em massa
Para realizar uma transferência:
1. Aplique os filtros para localizar as conversas desejadas;
2. Selecione **Transferir em massa**;
3. Defina a origem da seleção, como **Filtros atuais**;
4. Escolha o **departamento de destino**;
5. Selecione o **atendente de destino** ou a opção correspondente para devolver as conversas à **Fila**;
6. Informe o motivo da transferência;
7. Clique em **Pré-visualizar ação**.
### Encerrar conversas em massa
Para encerrar vários atendimentos:
1. Aplique os filtros desejados;
2. Selecione **Encerrar em massa**;
3. Defina a origem das conversas;
4. Informe o motivo do encerramento;
5. Clique em **Pré-visualizar ação**.
O processo de validação e confirmação segue o mesmo formato utilizado na transferência.
### Pré-visualização da ação
Antes da execução, o AssertChat apresenta uma prévia das conversas que correspondem aos filtros e às configurações informadas.
Essa etapa permite conferir quais atendimentos serão afetados antes de aplicar a ação definitivamente.
> Revise a quantidade de conversas e os destinos ou motivos configurados antes de continuar.
Caso os resultados não estejam corretos, retorne aos filtros ou às configurações da ação e realize os ajustes necessários.
### Confirmar a execução
Após validar a pré-visualização, clique em **Confirmar execução**.
A plataforma aplicará a operação às conversas apresentadas, realizando a transferência ou o encerramento conforme as informações configuradas.
