# Abrir via CSV/XLSX(vai manter?)
A opção **Abrir via CSV/XLSX** permite iniciar várias conversas a partir de uma planilha importada para o AssertChat.
Para preparar o arquivo, utilize o modelo disponibilizado pela plataforma e mantenha os nomes das colunas conforme apresentados:
* `telefone`: número do contato;
* `nome`: nome utilizado para identificar o contato;
* `connectionId`: identificação da conexão utilizada para iniciar a conversa;
* `departmentId`: identificação do departamento ao qual a conversa será vinculada;
* `attendantId`: identificação do atendente responsável;
* `mensagemInicial`: conteúdo da primeira mensagem enviada ao contato.
> Não altere os nomes das colunas do modelo, pois eles são utilizados pela plataforma para identificar as informações da planilha.
### Importar a planilha
Para realizar a abertura em massa:
1. Selecione a opção **Abrir via CSV/XLSX**;
2. Em **Origem**, mantenha a opção **Arquivo**;
3. Clique em **Escolher ficheiro**;
4. Selecione a planilha preenchida;
5. Aguarde a validação do arquivo;
6. Clique em **Pré-visualizar ação**.
### Pré-visualização da importação
Após o carregamento, a plataforma apresenta uma prévia dos registros encontrados na planilha.
Essa etapa permite verificar os contatos e as configurações que serão utilizadas antes da abertura das conversas.
Caso algum dado precise ser corrigido, ajuste a planilha e realize uma nova importação.
> Confira principalmente o telefone, a conexão, o departamento, o atendente e a mensagem inicial antes de continuar.
### Confirmar a execução
Após validar as informações apresentadas, clique em **Confirmar execução**.
O AssertChat realizará a abertura das conversas presentes na planilha, utilizando a conexão, o departamento, o atendente e a mensagem inicial informados em cada registro.
