# Ações em massa

A opção **Ações em massa** permite executar uma mesma operação sobre várias conversas, utilizando os filtros disponíveis na área de Relatórios.

Os filtros seguem o mesmo padrão das demais opções e permitem definir critérios como:

* conexão;
* departamento;
* atendente;
* status da conversa;
* prioridade;
* tag;
* período da consulta.

Após selecionar os critérios desejados, clique em **Consultar**. Os filtros aplicados serão utilizados para identificar as conversas que poderão ser incluídas na ação.

### Ações disponíveis

A plataforma apresenta opções como:

* **Transferir em massa:** direciona várias conversas para outro departamento, atendente ou para a fila;
* **Encerrar em massa:** encerra as conversas selecionadas, mediante a indicação de um motivo;
* **Abrir via CSV/XLSX:** utiliza uma planilha para identificar as conversas que participarão da operação;
* **Exportar em massa:** exporta os dados das conversas correspondentes aos filtros ou identificadores informados.

As opções e os campos apresentados podem variar conforme a ação selecionada.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://assertchat.gitbook.io/manual-assertchat/pagina-inicial/relatorios/acoes-em-massa.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
