# IA

A área **Inteligência Artificial** permite configurar a integração do AssertChat com o modelo de IA utilizado pela empresa.

Atualmente, o provedor utilizado é o **Gemini**, apresentado automaticamente pela plataforma. Esse campo não pode ser alterado pelo usuário.

### Configuração da integração

Para configurar a integração, preencha ou confira as seguintes informações:

* **Modelo padrão:** modelo do Gemini que será utilizado;
* **Conexão WhatsApp:** conexão na qual a integração será aplicada;
* **LLM API Key:** chave de acesso fornecida pelo provedor;
* **Prompt base:** instruções que definem como a IA deverá se comportar;
* **Segmento:** área de atuação da empresa;
* **Contato de suporte:** canal indicado para encaminhamentos ou atendimento humano;
* **Temperatura:** controla o nível de variação das respostas;
* **Máximo de tokens:** limita o tamanho das respostas geradas.

### API Key do AssertChat

A integração utiliza uma API Key dedicada do AssertChat, vinculada à conexão selecionada.

Nos ambientes em que essa chave já estiver configurada, o usuário poderá seguir diretamente com o preenchimento das demais informações.

> Caso a tela apresente o status **Pendente**, selecione uma conexão e clique em **Criar API Key** antes de concluir o cadastro.

### Salvar e ativar

Após preencher as informações:

1. Salve o cadastro ou as alterações;
2. Clique em **Testar integração**;
3. Verifique se o teste foi concluído com sucesso;
4. Clique em **Ativar integração**.

> Recomenda-se testar a integração sempre que a chave, o modelo ou o prompt base forem alterados.
