# Estratégia

Na etapa **Estratégia**, é definido como a plataforma realizará a distribuição entre os destinos escolhidos.

Exemplo:

* **Menor carga**: prioriza os operadores que possuem menos atendimentos em andamento.

Além da estratégia, a tela pode apresentar parâmetros complementares, como:

* **Limite por usuário**;
* **Limite por ciclo**;
* **Intervalo (s)**;
* **Tempo online mínimo (s)**.

Também podem ser habilitadas regras adicionais, como:

* **Exigir operador online**;
* **Respeitar capacidade**;
* **Somente conversas sem atendente**.

Essas opções ajudam a tornar a distribuição mais controlada e adequada à rotina da operação.
