# WhatsApp Oficial Gupshup

#### Criar novo App

A opção **WhatsApp Oficial Gupshup** permite conectar ao AssertChat um número administrado pela Gupshup.

Antes de configurar a integração, selecione o **departamento padrão da conexão** e informe um nome para identificá-la dentro da plataforma.

Utilize a opção **Criar novo App** quando o cliente ainda não possuir um App configurado na Gupshup para o número desejado.

Nesse processo, a integração entre o AssertChat e a Gupshup realizará a criação do App.

Para configurar:

1. Selecione **Criar novo App**;
2. Informe o **nome da conexão**;
3. Preencha o **nome do App Gupshup**;
4. Informe o **telefone de origem**;
5. Defina as opções de configuração e sincronização;
6. Clique em **Conectar com Gupshup**.

O telefone deve ser informado com **DDI e DDD**, conforme o padrão utilizado pela integração.

#### Usar App existente

Utilize a opção **Usar App existente** quando o cliente já possuir um App e um número configurados na Gupshup.

Para que o App seja apresentado no AssertChat, a conta Partner Gupshup do cliente deverá estar previamente vinculada ao código de parceiro da Assertech.

Para realizar a conexão:

1. Selecione **Usar App existente**;
2. Informe o **nome da conexão**;
3. Clique em **Atualizar lista**;
4. Selecione o App desejado no campo **App existente da conta Partner**;
5. Confira as informações carregadas;
6. Clique em **Conectar com Gupshup**.

Após selecionar o App, as seguintes informações serão preenchidas automaticamente:

* **App ID**;
* **Nome do App Gupshup**;
* **Telefone de origem**.

> Caso a mensagem **Nenhum App encontrado** seja exibida, verifique se a conta Gupshup do cliente está vinculada corretamente ao código de parceiro da Assertech. Depois da vinculação, clique em **Atualizar lista**.
