# Campanhas existentes

A área **Campanhas existentes** reúne as campanhas cadastradas no AssertChat e permite acompanhar seu andamento.

Nessa tela, o usuário pode filtrar campanhas por status, atualizar a listagem e utilizar as ações disponíveis de acordo com a situação de cada campanha.

### Filtrar campanhas

O filtro de status permite localizar campanhas conforme sua etapa atual.

Para realizar a consulta:

1. Acesse **Campanhas existentes**;
2. Abra o filtro de status;
3. Selecione a situação desejada.

A listagem será atualizada de acordo com o filtro aplicado.

### Atualizar campanhas

A opção **Atualizar campanhas** recarrega a listagem e apresenta o estado mais recente das campanhas cadastradas.

### Ações disponíveis

Dependendo do status da campanha, podem ser exibidas ações como:

* **Detalhes:** consulta as informações da campanha;
* **Pausar:** interrompe temporariamente o processamento;
* **Cancelar:** encerra o processamento;
* **Duplicar:** cria uma nova campanha com base nas configurações da campanha selecionada;
* **Exportar falhas:** gera um arquivo com os destinatários que apresentaram erro durante o envio.
