# CAMPANHAS

A área **Campanhas** permite criar, acompanhar e gerenciar envios realizados pelo AssertChat.

Nessa página, o usuário pode consultar campanhas já cadastradas, acompanhar seu andamento, criar novas campanhas e visualizar informações gerais relacionadas à operação.

Na parte superior da tela, o AssertChat apresenta alguns indicadores:

* **Campanhas:** quantidade total de campanhas cadastradas;
* **Contatos com telefone:** quantidade de contatos disponíveis para envio;
* **Conexões online:** quantidade de conexões disponíveis para utilização;
* **Agendamento:** informa se o processamento automático das campanhas agendadas está ativo.

As informações e ações disponíveis podem variar conforme as permissões do usuário conectado.

> Para consultar ou gerenciar campanhas já cadastradas, acesse **Campanhas existentes**. Para configurar um novo envio, acesse **Criar nova campanha**.
