# APRESENTAÇÃO INSTITUCIONAL ASSERTCHAT

O **AssertChat** é uma plataforma de atendimento desenvolvida pela **Assertech** para centralizar e organizar a comunicação entre empresas e seus clientes por meio do WhatsApp.

Desenvolvida para operações de atendimento em ambiente web, a plataforma permite que equipes acompanhem conversas, organizem contatos, compartilhem informações e atuem de forma colaborativa. Assim, diferentes usuários podem participar da operação com mais organização, controle e visibilidade sobre as interações realizadas.
